Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests.

The Venue is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation celebrations, retirement parties, and other special occasions.
Is catering available?
Yes. R&S Catering can provide catering services for your event. You also have the option to bring in a caterer as well.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage potential clients to schedule a tour to see the space and discuss their event needs.
Can I customize the venue for my event?
Yes. You're welcome to personalize the space with decorations. Also, we offer flexible setup options so you can arrange the space to fit the needs and style of your event; we'll discuss available setup options, tables, and chairs during the planning process.
Is there a rental time limit?
Rental times vary depending on your event and package. We'll discuss available time slots during the booking process.

Rental Rates include venue space, tables and chairs; however, it does not include linens. Rental includes four (4) hours for event, two (2) hours for setup, one (1) hour for breakdown. Security (at a rate of $50.00 per hour; 4-hour minimum) will be secured by Venue at 195 for all events serving alcohol at the renter’s expense.
*Catering services are available through R & S Catering at a separate fee. Outside Caterer Fee applies when using an outside licensed caterer. Fee does include access to a full kitchen.
